Executive Director

The University of New Brunswick is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead the Wallace McCain Institute (WMI). As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for driving the mission of building and nurturing the most interconnected community of entrepreneurial business leaders in North America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve WMI's objectives
- Oversee program development, financial management, and regional expansion
- Cultivate and expand WMI's network of entrepreneurial leaders, mentors, and partners
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding WMI's performance and future direction
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and University of New Brunswick policies
- Proven leadership experience in a senior executive role, preferably within a nonprofit, educational institution, or entrepreneurial organization
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, program development, and financial management
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing and expanding membership-based organizations or networks is highly desirable
