Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as consultation and education services
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in regular team conferences and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • 2+ years of experience in a return-to-work or physical rehabilitation setting
  • Professional registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
