Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at Knight Signs. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify staffing requirements and develop strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Administer employee benefits, including health and dental plans
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct employee relations activities, such as training and conflict resolution
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment or employee relations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software
