Notre client, un leader dans la distribution de solutions d'ingénierie pour le secteur de la construction routière, recherche une assistante pour soutenir le directeur ainsi que le responsable des ventes. Ce poste est permanent et basé à Boucherville.

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer le suivi des soumissions, de la facturation et des collections.
  • Gérer les projets potentiels et les appels d'offres via SEAO et Bids & Tenders.
  • Mettre à jour les fichiers partagés et traduire des documents techniques.
  • Prendre des notes lors des réunions et rédiger des comptes rendus.
  • Organiser l'agenda et le compte de dépenses du gestionnaire.
  • Coordonner les inscriptions aux congrès, tournois et événements, ainsi que planifier les présentations techniques de l'équipe.
  • Mettre à jour le site web sous la supervision de la direction.
  • Utiliser et maintenir le CRM à jour.

Compétences requises :

  • Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingue en français et en anglais.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et responsable.
  • Organisation et structure dans le travail.
  • Personne débrouillarde et digne de confiance.
