Job Description:

This Brand Manager position is responsible for driving brand growth and achieving objectives in the Mass Beauty market. The successful candidate will actively participate in the conceptualization, development, and execution of marketing programs and creative strategies to support various assigned brands in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand growth and achieve sales targets
  • Oversee all channels of distribution to ensure brand growth and achieve objectives
  • Manage multiple project priorities and timelines to ensure launches are kept on track
  • Report POS results to management and vendor partner(s) on a weekly or monthly basis
  • Prepare accurate reports, status updates, and detailed competitive analysis grids
  • Leverage industry data to identify strategies for growth and risk
  • Conduct regular competitive studies and market visits and share results with management, brand partners, and sales teams
  • Work closely with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance of product specifications
  • Negotiate and work effectively with manufacturers and external suppliers and vendors to ensure timelines and cost objectives are met
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years previous work experience preferably in CPG, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, Skincare, Fragrances, or Professional Brands
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suites
  • Strong Business-acumen
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Exceptional analytical skills, extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects
  • Capable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
