Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2500402 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining establishment.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food costs, inventory, and other relevant metrics, helping us to make informed business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
