Feed Mill Worker

Employment Status: Professional, Permanent, Full-Time

Starting Hourly Rate: $21.50

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Note: Candidates must be flexible with work hours, including the possibility of night shifts.

Work Schedule: Day shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM, Evening shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM, and Night shifts from 12 AM to 8 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Feed Mill Worker at our facility, your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Operating machinery;
  • Mixing and weighing products;
  • Regularly loading and unloading shipments, which may involve repetitive heavy lifting and the use of equipment such as lift trucks and forklifts;
  • Collaborating with team members to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in accordance with company procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be a dedicated team player who:

  • Is physically capable of lifting weights of up to 25 kg;
  • Possesses basic computer skills;
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety;
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail in all tasks;
  • Has a general understanding of safe work practices and lifting techniques;
  • Is comfortable working at heights using ladders with safety railings;
  • Can work effectively in a dusty environment.
