Summary of Responsibilities:

As a Technical Development Lead, you will play a crucial role within our high-performing team. Your responsibilities encompass:

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to solve complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions.
  • Sharing your expertise and mentoring fellow developers to foster continuous growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Actively participating in refinement sessions, design reviews, code reviews, ensuring software quality and security are paramount.
  • Engaging in Agile/Scrum meetings to ensure seamless project execution and collaboration.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing applications while translating the team's vision into tangible results.
  • Communicating technical strategies defined by management effectively to all team members, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Influencing team decisions and collaborating closely with the Product Owner to ensure project success.
  • Prioritizing team tasks and addressing technical debt proactively.
  • Ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and delivering tested, bug-free functional solutions.
  • Producing comprehensive technical documentation and raising any functional or architectural concerns.
  • Supplementing architectural diagrams and maintaining alignment with the overall architecture.

Key Skills for Success:

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
  • Experience and interest in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in technical management or coordination.
  • A university degree in IT or a related field.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple technical deliverables effectively.
  • Matrix management experience with both professional and technical staff.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective information sharing and collaboration.
  • A deep understanding of balancing development and operational requirements.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Organizational and self-learning abilities, adapting to a dynamic and evolving sector.
  • Autonomy, precision, and rigor in your approach to work.
