Position Overview

We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Lead Business Process Consultant.

Vacancies: 1

Job Level: Senior – MP5

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid work model available

Role Summary

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Finance Digital Initiatives team to facilitate the transition to a new SAP system. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mapping existing finance business workflows and related processes through detailed process flow diagrams.
  • Identifying inefficiencies within current processes and proposing actionable improvements.
  • Creating updated process documentation as flow diagrams for the revised workflows.
  • Translating future process flow diagrams and business requirements into user stories within Azure DevOps.
  • Leading workshops with subject matter experts and process stakeholders to generate user stories that yield testable outcomes at the conclusion of each Agile sprint.
  • Drafting governance documents and instructional materials to reflect updated business processes.
  • Assisting the Finance Digital Initiatives team in establishing a standardized framework for documenting and maintaining business process information, while also mentoring permanent staff to cultivate internal Business Analyst capabilities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience as an Information Technology Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience in defining business processes to support software development and testing initiatives.
  • Technical proficiency in estimating development efforts.
  • Familiarity with MS PowerBI, Azure DevOps, Databricks, and a basic understanding of Python.
  • Experience with System Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, Agile-Scrum methodologies, and principles of business process reengineering.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, SQL, and SAP systems.
