The Lead Business Performance Consultant will play a pivotal role within the Digital Technology Development team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and implementing analytical processes to enhance operational efficiency in technology delivery.

This position is accountable for overseeing business performance management, aiding in strategic business planning, reporting, and various portfolio and financial management tasks.

Provide support to senior leadership in executing the organizational strategic plan, which includes evaluating performance against strategic goals and monitoring the organization's work plan across teams.

Manage the tracking and reporting of diverse KPIs, targets, forecasts, and actuals at the VP, senior director, and managerial levels.

Involved in the development of performance metrics and KPIs for delivery and operations across multiple technical teams.
Lead the extraction and aggregation of portfolio performance data and KPIs from various sources and teams.
Synthesize the gathered data and conduct statistical performance analysis to derive insights and recommendations.
Assist in crafting leadership-level insights, communications, and presentations related to strategic plans, roadmaps, and performance.

Support planning and financial activities, including strategy and roadmap development, demand-to-capacity analysis, and analysis of annual/quarterly/monthly targets versus actuals/forecasts.

Clearly articulate complex concepts and analytical results to a diverse stakeholder community in business terminology.
5+ years of experience in business performance analysis, data analysis, portfolio management, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
~ Exceptional analytical skills – demonstrated experience in conducting data analysis/discovery/aggregation as a foundation for providing meaningful analysis and management reporting to facilitate business decisions at a senior management/executive level.
~ High proficiency with MS Office Programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and PowerBI.
~ Understanding of business financial management, development delivery, system maintenance, and IT tracking tools (MIS, Plan view, KPI metrics).
