About the Role

This leader will spearhead the development and execution of our omnichannel strategy in close collaboration with our NA Strategy Office, ensuring that our SMB customers can engage with us through their preferred channels while enjoying industry-leading customer and partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team focused on program delivery, business analysis, and operations.
  • Implement innovative program management techniques to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Work closely with the NA Strategy Office, NA business management, product management, NA sales operations, SMB sales leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent engagement across all initiatives.
  • Collaborate regularly with senior leadership and their staff to present business updates, strategy communications, and project recaps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or program management within the SMB segment at a large hardware technology company.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies, including agile project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging with senior executives.
