About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work with our interdisciplinary care team to provide patient-centered care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborating with therapy assistants and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy living and independence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active registration and practice permit from the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute or long-term care rehabilitation programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
