Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and onboard global customers onto our Compliance product suite
  • Navigate technical challenges and provide excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the Implementation team's knowledge base and learning
  • Work with Sales team to assist with pre-sales, POCs, and provide technical expertise
  • Submit and maintain ownership of issues to internal support, DevOps, and Product teams
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, configuration, and setup
  • General understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, and email protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently with high attention to detail
  • Microsoft 365 & Hosted Exchange, G Suite experience is a strong asset
What We Offer:
  • Annual base salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD
