About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at HAPPY MARKET. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our sales team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to improve sales and customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including maintaining a clean and safe store environment, ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed, and making recommendations to improve store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment, with a focus on inventory management, customer service, and team leadership.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
