Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Scanlon Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and effective in-store displays.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
