Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Analyze and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and submissions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as external organizations and associations, to build relationships and facilitate communication.
  • Prepare and administer contracts, invoices, and other documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Simply Accounting, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
