Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Strawberry Field Daycare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and development of our young students.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that support child development.
  • Plan and maintain a healthy and safe environment for children.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Child development supervisor (ECE level 3) certification.
