Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at KIDS CAVE EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY LTD. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood programs, ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
  • Child Care: Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Record Keeping: Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records, including observations, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Basic security clearance, criminal record check, and vulnerable sector check.
