About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at McDougall Insurance and Financial. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legendary service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance company personnel, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Process policy changes, additions, and deletions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all transactions and renewals are processed on time and accurately.
  • Provide quotations and estimates to clients, updating information and confirming data and coverage.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, McDougall Insurance and Financial, and insurance companies, balancing interests and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect accounts receivable and assist with other tasks as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade and bundle coverage for personal lines clients, driving sales and revenue growth.

  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
