About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rubber Processing Machine Operator to join our team at NRT Canada Inc. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain machinery used for mixing, calendering, extruding, moulding, and curing rubber materials or rubber products.
  • Monitor product quality and inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Load or feed rubber, pigments, filler, oil, and chemicals into machines, and prepare raw materials for mixing processes.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment, and assist machine operators or assemblers in the manufacturing process.
Work Environment

The work site environment is noisy, with odours, dust, and hot temperatures. The work setting is in a rubber products manufacturing company.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
Language and Work Hours

The work language is English, and the work hours are 32 to 35 hours per week.
