New Rubber Technologies is a leading company in the devulcanization and reformulation of innovative and unique rubber materials, compounds, and OEM-manufactured goods. We take in end-of-life tires and other rubber matter, grind it down to its purest form, and use it to create new products such as garden edging, anti-fatigue mats, traffic cone bases, and much more.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at New Rubber Technologies. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a machine that produces the final product. Your duties will include mixing materials, filling and weighing buckets, pouring materials into the press molds, and monitoring machines for signs of damage and irregularities.

Responsibilities
  • Mixing materials to the correct specifications
  • Filling and weighing buckets to ensure accurate measurements
  • Pouring materials into the press molds to produce the final product
  • Monitoring machines for signs of damage and irregularity
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure excellent quality
  • Documenting daily production numbers
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  • Time-management skills and a positive attitude
  • Good physical stamina, including standing for the duration of your shift and lifting 30-50 lbs. repeatedly
  • Able to work as part of a team but also independently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
