Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Compound Operator to join our team at New Rubber Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for safely operating a compound line that produces high-quality rubber products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate primary compound line equipment in accordance with specifications and standard quality production procedures.
  • Set up the line, including heat controls, tools, cooling devices, and compound recipes.
  • Unload and store finished products, maintaining accurate batch records.
  • Assist other operators with start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures.
  • Communicate with technicians and maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Complete reports and supply information to relevant areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve batch targets.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties around machine areas.

Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
  • Strong time-management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Good physical stamina, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
