Job Title: Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at New Rubber Technologies. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our machinery.

Responsibilities:
  • Mixing and preparing materials for production
  • Filling and weighing buckets to precise specifications
  • Pouring materials into press molds and monitoring the molding process
  • Removing finished parts from the press and trimming excess material
  • Preparing and packaging products for shipping
  • Monitoring machines for signs of damage or irregularities
  • Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Documenting daily production numbers and adhering to safety procedures
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  • Strong time-management skills and a positive attitude
  • Good physical stamina, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
