Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Ltd. O/A All Stay Suites. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
