Senior Manager, Software Engineering, Marketing Platform Engineering

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Software Engineering, Marketing Platform Engineering to lead our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) initiatives within the Marketing automation area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing technologies, extensive experience with Adobe Experience Platform, and a proven track record of leading engineering teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the strategic vision and implementation of AEP solutions to enhance our digital marketing capabilities.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AEP components.
- Ensure seamless integration of AEP with other marketing technologies and data sources.
- Manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including platforms, marketing, data science, and IT support, to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in marketing automation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Platform and its components (Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target).
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex engineering projects in the digital marketing space.
- Strong understanding of financial services and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms/capabilities such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance in the financial services industry.
