Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to project managers and superintendents in ensuring projects meet objectives related to cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
  • Coordinate construction activities and resolve technical issues that arise during the building process.
  • Manage contracts, quantity takeoffs, and surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Support change management and order processes to keep projects on track.
  • Administer information requests and submittal processes efficiently.
  • Assist with project closeout and commissioning procedures.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues encountered in the field promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or construction management.
  • 3–5 years of experience working within the construction industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to effectively solve construction challenges and manage contracts with precision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
