Job Summary

LET\u0027S HUMMUS is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Direct and control daily operations, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, attracting top talent to our team.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with our team members.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer electronic enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, analyzing and presenting findings to our team.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring our office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform data entry, accurately and efficiently capturing and recording data.
