Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in the formulation and execution of marketing strategies for the business unit, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines. This position requires leveraging marketing insights to support management in making informed decisions.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  1. Assisting in the creation and coordination of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns, while evaluating their effectiveness.
  2. Conducting routine audits of websites and software to ensure accuracy, along with managing website updates as needed.
  3. Overseeing digital marketing efforts, including content marketing schedules, engagement strategies, monitoring, reporting, and email campaign creation.
  4. Maintaining an inventory of marketing materials and coordinating the preparation, review, production, and distribution of marketing collateral.
  5. Collaborating with external agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies and advertising plans that adhere to budgetary constraints and performance analytics.
  6. Conducting site inspections to ensure that signage, exhibits, and overall site aesthetics meet established standards.
  7. Collecting, analyzing, and utilizing market intelligence to aid in decision-making, planning, and identifying growth opportunities. Preparing various reports for management as necessary.
  8. Evaluating lead registration in CRM systems to assess the type and quantity of prospects, determining conversion and advancement rates.
  9. Assisting in the development of branding strategies and project positioning for new launches, ensuring consistency in corporate and divisional branding standards.
  10. Planning and coordinating special projects and events, including on-site event management.

Essential Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role.
  3. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
  4. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  5. Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Comfortable using Content Management Systems (such as HubSpot, WordPress), Canva for graphic design, various social media platforms, and CRM systems.

Work Environment
