Principal UX Designer Role Summary

We're seeking a seasoned UX professional to drive and implement a Pan-Tax and Corporate AI design strategy across our most complex applications and problem spaces. As a Principal UX Designer, you'll partner with our design team and product stakeholders to create user-centered online experiences in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design, program, and engineering teams to set UX guidelines and create assets that ensure bar-raising quality.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment.
  • Develop use cases and high-level requirements while defining a UX strategy and creating user-centered designs utilizing customer feedback, market analysis, and usability findings.
  • Present solutions to design, product, engineering, and senior leadership, synthesizing and managing feedback to incorporate changes appropriately.
  • Continually iterate and evolve the way we design and learn from our customers.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years design experience creating simple solutions for complex challenges.
  • Familiarity with Agile development.
  • Experience designing solutions across a product suite with complex workflows for specialized and sometimes niche customers.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting and influencing senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent degree.
