UX Designer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage user data and feedback to inform design decisions and drive innovation.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for a variety of digital products, ensuring user-centered design principles.
  • Enhance PowerPoint presentations for clarity and visual impact, optimizing layouts, flow, and design consistency to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Design and create engaging newsletter templates that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines, focusing on clear messaging and optimal engagement across different devices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent visual language and design system that reflects the team's brand.
  • Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Design and implement interactive elements, partnering with developers to ensure feasibility and quality.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on usability testing results and user feedback.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and goals.
Qualifications:
  • 35 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile design.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
