Graham Construction & Engineering Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with engineers and vendors to ensure all project aspects are aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, design consultants, and client consultants to achieve optimum schedule management and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, planning, or a related field.
  • PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, EIT, P.Eng., CCDA, and/or CET designation is an asset.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably in the industrial or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is site-based, with occasional travel to project sites.
  • This role requires 10 hour work days and rotational shift work.
  • Overtime is compensated.
