Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at POWER HOODS SYSTEMS INC. as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Implementation
    • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including managing office supplies, equipment, and services.
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and secure work environment by implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
