Job Title: Financial Record Keeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Record Keeper to join our team at Reliable AOC Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
