Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Record Keeper to join our team at TG and SG Investment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 hours per week
