Document Management Coordinator

Status: Permanent Full Time

Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a Document Management Coordinator to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and arrange documents systematically
  • Digitally scan and upload documents into our assessment platform
  • Classify and bookmark electronic files for easy retrieval
  • Ensure the accuracy of all documents
  • Track and analyze document management reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
  • Facilitate the prompt transmission of medical records
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in client support or administrative roles
  • Relevant post-secondary education is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
