Document Management Coordinator
Status: Permanent Full Time

Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a Document Management Coordinator to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and arrange documents systematically
- Digitally scan and upload documents into our assessment platform
- Classify and bookmark electronic files for easy retrieval
- Ensure the accuracy of all documents
- Track and analyze document management reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Facilitate the prompt transmission of medical records
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in client support or administrative roles
- Relevant post-secondary education is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
