Position Overview
As a vital member of our Employment Services team, the Data Entry Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client and employer information. This full-time position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of data management and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and verify client information and documents, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Input and maintain client and employer data within the EOIS CaMS and internal CRM systems.
  • Organize and manage contract and client files, ensuring they are complete and easily accessible.
  • Adhere to company policies and contractual guidelines while supporting the Employment Services location.
  • Request additional information for incomplete files and ensure all data is accurate before entry.
  • Maintain data integrity and security in compliance with established policies.
  • Update training materials for EOIS CaMS and assist in training staff on database usage.
  • Monitor client file activation timelines and track relevant statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Provide support for front desk operations as needed, ensuring smooth team collaboration.
  • Collect and submit financial documentation for processing within the accounting platform.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or office administration.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various database applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with the Employment Ontario Data Management System (EOIS CaMS) is preferred.
