About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing frontline customer communications and service for our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technician
  • Explain the nature of vehicle maintenance and costs
  • Advise customers on how to look after their vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance
  • Schedule appointments and contact customers with vehicle repair status updates/follow-ups
  • Accurately prepare repair orders and invoices
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background and proven experience in sales and customer handling, including:

  • 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service Representative; automotive and/or dealership experience preferred
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds)
  • Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Ability to sell vehicle maintenance
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
