We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AMPRA IMMIGRATION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with staff and clients.

Communication and Correspondence

Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information to clients and staff.

Administrative Tasks

Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Team Support

Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.

Skills

Excellent oral communication, organized, team player, and client focus.
