Job Title: Team Coordinator - Residential Installations

Position Overview: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Team Coordinator will manage residential installation projects while executing all responsibilities associated with a Team Leader. Close collaboration with the Operations Manager is vital to meet and surpass role expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance evaluations and site assessments, ensuring a minimum of 2 quality assurance checks and 1 site evaluation per month for each technician.
  • Monitor technician performance, providing monthly and quarterly coaching sessions, and implementing Performance Management strategies when necessary.
  • Offer constructive feedback, establish performance objectives, and document all coaching interactions.
  • Facilitate staff and safety meetings as required.
  • Maintain local stock inventory stability and oversee vehicle inspections and maintenance.
  • Act as the secondary support for escalations and technical challenges.
  • Eligible for Performance Bonus Incentives.

Technician Responsibilities:

  • Install interior and exterior coaxial outlets and lines, along with cable, telephone, and high-speed internet equipment.
  • Execute upgrades, disconnections, and troubleshooting for cable, internet, and telephone services.
  • Travel to scheduled appointments, responsible for the assigned vehicle and tools.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels in the vehicle for all job requirements.
  • Adhere to Safe Job Procedures and complete weekly vehicle inspections.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Report directly to the Area Regional Manager; Area Technicians report to the Team Coordinator.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
