About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Grand International Import & Export Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that align with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure the security and integrity of our data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to mitigate the effects of security breaches.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to support our business growth.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure our software products and information systems meet the highest standards.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide ongoing support to our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence, cloud computing, project management software, database software, data analysis software, SQL, Python, and SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
  • Experience in project implementation, IT service delivery, and business process management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
