Job Description

Job Title: Performance QA Specialist

Job Summary:

Virtusa is seeking a highly skilled Performance QA Specialist to join our team. As a Performance QA Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing performance, load, stress, and soak tests to ensure the optimal performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop performance, load, stress, and soak tests to identify application and hardware operating system bottlenecks.
  • Profiling application end-to-end performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Working experience on Nagios, Veracode, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace tools.
  • Good understanding of different application system architectures and frameworks.
  • Experience in running NFTs against enterprise applications, such as PEGA, Service Now, IBM BPM, Tibco, and Adobe.
  • Executing tests post-system upgrade.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in generating test reports with inferences.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to upskill into existing client testing and scripting tools.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working on Performance, Security, and Accessibility Testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience of SAST/DAST, Vulnerability, and Performance Testing.
  • Good knowledge and experience with profiling application end-to-end performance and identifying application and hardware operating system bottlenecks.
  • Experience in design and development of performance, load, stress, and soak tests.
  • Working experience on Nagios, Veracode, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace tools.
