Job Title: Performance QA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance QA professional to join our team at Virtusa. As a Performance QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality performance of our applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop performance, load, stress, and soak tests to identify application and hardware operating system bottlenecks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of performance-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and automated testing frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in performance testing, security testing, and accessibility testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAST/DAST, vulnerability, and performance testing.
  • Excellent knowledge of application performance monitoring tools such as Nagios, Veracode, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications such as PEGA, Service Now, IBM BPM, Tibco, and Adobe.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate test reports with inferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Azure and AWS cloud environments.
