About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Years Program Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early years programs that promote child development and family well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing them with support and resources to enhance their child's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with community partners to identify and address the needs of children and families, and to develop strategies for improving outcomes.
  • Provide training and education to parents and caregivers on topics such as child development, parenting, and early childhood education.
  • Conduct home visits and provide support to families in their homes, as needed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of program plans and goals.
Requirements
  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children and families in a community-based setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
