Assistant Director, Technology and Information Management Branch

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Digital Transformation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology and information management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technology and information management strategies to support business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of technology investments
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure our organization remains competitive
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT management, project management, data analytics, network operations, cybersecurity, and desktop support
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and business needs
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
- Certifications in IT management, project management, or a related field
