About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our technology vision and program management guidance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing a fully integrated, end-to-end business automation IT architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and technology vision to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Oversee all IT functions, including infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity, and help desk.
  • Manage and oversee all IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Recruit and develop IT staff to align with our IT objectives and corporate needs.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of IT systems and tools.
  • Continuously improve our cybersecurity posture and maintain our cybersecurity certification.
  • Develop and implement a cloud strategy to support professional services requirements and new product offerings.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in the Information Technology field, including new product development and implementation.
  • Progressively responsible IT management experience, inclusive of senior-level technology-related strategic planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including VMware virtualization, IaaS, cloud backup, disaster recovery, and unified communications.
  • Expertise in implementing and managing software solutions in the areas of enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, e-commerce solutions, and middleware.
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a technology-related discipline. Masters degree considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with.Net, databases, SQL, ETL processes, LDAP, web services, and other related technologies.
  • Systems design and development process experience, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation, and IT operational management.
