Job Title: Director, Marketing

West Works & BluElephant is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive strategic growth and brand awareness. As Director, Marketing, you will lead a dynamic team and collaborate across departments to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy and priorities in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to set the marketing vision and implement national and local digital marketing tactics.
  • Lead web and digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop a best-in-class email marketing program to increase revenue and client advocacy.
  • Own and optimize marketing and agency budgets to increase marketing margins.
  • Develop a strong internal and external communications strategy to align with brand and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on market trends and client feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing with progressive general management responsibilities.
  • eCommerce/B2C business experience and deep performance digital marketing experience.
  • Email marketing experience is an asset.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent people skills with experience managing a dynamic team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and leveraging partner networks.
