About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at KFC. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customer needs.

  • Operations Management

  • Customer Service

  • Quality Control

  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on restaurant performance, including sales, labor costs, and customer feedback.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
