Overview

At ROWDY'S BIRD RESTAURANT, we are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
Requirements
