Restaurant Manager Job Description

Chachi's Marda Loop is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and minimize waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by ensuring prompt and courteous service, addressing customer complaints, and providing exceptional service recovery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage inventory to maintain profitability and control costs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure deals, and promote our brand.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
