About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist clients in finding the best mobility solutions to meet their needs
  • Process client orders and manage inventory
  • Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our Navision software
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or personal mobility device industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with databases
  • Strong empathy and problem-solving skills
